The project activity covered 5 oblasts: Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kirovohrad, Rivne and Kharkiv.
The work of the Third School of Positive Changes was organized. Its program included training events, webinars, video lessons, counseling. Representatives of 20 CSOs from 18 localities were the participants. They got knowledge and skills at the following trainings:
– “Community Engagement: How to Create Conditions for Constructive Dialogue between Representatives of Different Spheres and Sectors
– “Effective Social Project: How to Organize a Project Development Process in a Team”
– “Communication in Community: Establishing Interaction Based on Common Values.”
Also support sessions were held in the format of webinars on the topics as follows: “Project Development”, “Modern Approaches to Working with Local Communities”, “Training of Activists in Local Communities”, “Fundamentals of E-Governing”. 7 video lessons on the topic of “Project Development” and a series of video lessons on the use of Internet resources were posted on the website. 190 consultations and 7 expert visits to CSOs were conducted.
10 meetings of the Positive Change Club on current issues facilitated interaction and creation of partnership between CSOs.
The final event of the project was the “First Forum of Positive Changes” (50 participants), which was attended by graduates of three schools, experts, representatives of local self-government authorities and journalists. There was an exchange of experience, best practices and new partnerships were created between graduates of different schools.
