The project was aimed at improving competencies and skills of civil society activists in Dnipropetrovsk oblast and establishing close cooperation between non-profit organizations in the region.
There was the Second  School of Positive Changes for new members of the network. 22 people from 12 localities of the oblast joined the project. 8 basic trainings were conducted, including: “Modern Approaches to Local Community Development”, “Project Development”, “Communication within a Community”, “Fundamentals of Facilitation”, “Public Relations”, “Use of New Media in Public Activities”, “Planning and Conducting Information Campaigns”, “Methods for Providing Consulting Services “.
A “Workshop for Trainers” was held for the graduates of the First School. A group of trainers and consultants was trained. Further they conducted 18 trainings in their communities,. Also 4 master classes were held: “Development of Social Projects” for representatives of local self-government, 8 expert visits to CSOs, more than 400 consultations, 4 meetings of the Network of Centers of Positive Changes. The Positive Change Club has started its work.
Project participants actively worked in their communities. They received grants, attracted resources at the local level, interacted with local authorities and businesses, exchanged experience with colleagues.
